Result of Annual General Meeting
Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), the mineral exploration and development
company, is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting of Beowulf
Mining Plc was held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP at Riverbank House, 2
Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT on 24 June 2025 at 11:00.
All 10 resolutions put to members were passed on a poll. Resolutions 1-9 were
passed as ordinary resolutions and resolution 10 was passed as a special
resolution.
The number of votes cast for and against each of the resolutions proposed, and
the number of votes withheld were as follows:
